1. Uncoiler and winder
Lifting is achieved by means of hydraulic cylinders, which move from side to side and are supported on rails by four wheels.
Two units are required for upper and lower coil operation.
The steel plate (coil) is installed on the uncoiler by the reel, at this time 4 wedges are unrolled, then 4 wedges are unrolled, fixed by hydraulic power, and then driven by the motor.
The uncoiler is equipped with a rubber roller to prevent the coil (steel plate) from suddenly uncoiling and over-uncoiling during movement.
2. Forming machine
The upper roll forming unit is mainly responsible for forming both sides of the lower coil (steel plate) for the connecting parts of the roof and wall (including the inner) plate.
The lower roll forming unit forms the roof 4 ribs and SS (cold chamber) panels
Installation mode is moving guide rail type

3: Preheat

4. Foam door and PU casting
The oscillating motion of the mixing head is essential to achieve optimal application of the PUR mixture on the lower finish layer.
The hybrid head is driven by an AC servo motor with a toothed belt that allows for freely programmable oscillating motion across the entire panel width.
The foam portal moves without making any noise.
5. PU metering machine
One of the most important parts of the sandwich plate production line is the PU foaming machine.
The quality of the plate depends on the performance of the PU machine.
PU foaming machine consists of pump for:

6. Double belt conveyor
The PU foam component mixture applied to the lower finish layer is transported synchronously along the double belt with the upper finish layer for curing. This unit is a key component and plays a central role in ensuring the highest standards of sandwich panels.
The device is mainly composed of a drive device, upper and lower slats, a hydraulic cylinder or screw motor for controlling the upward pressure, and a side guide rail and die block for preventing the PUR foam from leaking from the side.
7. Crosscutting machine (band saw + disk saw)
The perfect cutting device must have a cutting speed synchronized with the panel transfer speed.
The cutting device must also be operated by manual or automatic control.
From the production direction, the gantry frame is located at the rear, and the saw unit is located on the right.
8. Cooling conveyor
When customers want to produce PIR sheets, they need to use cooling conveyors to cool the heat of PU sheets.
In the production of recently mass-produced PIR sheets, since it reacts at higher temperatures and generates more heat than ordinary PU sheets, cooling conveyors are required to gradually cool the just-produced sheets to room temperature.
9. Stacker
The process is designed to efficiently stack finished panels at production speeds.
It is very important that the stacking speed should not be slower than the panel production speed.
The panels can be stacked automatically or manually.
10. Packaging machine (PVC package)
The process is designed to pack panels without bonding using PVC stretch packaging materials prior to final delivery
