Where is the main difference between panel ?
The material composition, performance characteristics, and application range of several sandwich boards are different. The inner core of polyurethane sandwich board is formed by polyurethane foam bonding; the inner core of rock wool sandwich board is rock wool; and the EPS polystyrene foam board is filled with EPS foam.
Different performance：
1. In terms of thermal insulation performance, rockwool sandwich board has a low thermal conductivity, which can effectively isolate the influence of outdoor high or low temperatures on indoor temperature. As a filler, rock wool is not easy to burn, has high temperature resistance, and can play a good protective role in the event of fire, with excellent flame retardant performance and safety.
2. Foam filler for polyurethane sandwich panels can provide a better insulation effect and keep the building at a stable temperature. In addition, polyurethane has excellent bonding properties, making the overall performance of the sandwich board more stable; excellent thermal insulation performance; superior mechanical properties; low volatile organic matter (VOC) emissions; and is environmentally friendly and sustainable.
The scope of the application is different：
1. Rock wool sandwich board is mainly suitable for external wall insulation of buildings, roof insulation, industrial plants, and other places requiring higher insulation and fire protection requirements.
2. Polyurethane sandwich panels are more commonly used in cold storage, refrigerator trucks, food processing plants, and other areas where it is needed to maintain a stable, low-temperature environment. Its good tightness and excellent thermal insulation performance enable it to effectively reduce energy consumption and maintain low temperature requirements.
