2. Operation method
(1) Construction preparation: Before laying the nail sandwich board, the preparation work should be completed.
Check purlin specifications and laying size: check whether the specifications, spacing and slope of purlin laying meet the structural design requirements, in addition to the end of each roof panel should be set purlin support, the middle part should also be set one to two more purlins.
(2) Plate allocation: Drawing plate arrangement diagram according to the design drawing and the size of the actual roof part on site, as the basis for cutting various plates, and numbering the cut plates according to the order of the arrangement diagram to facilitate construction.
(3) Laying and fixing color steel sandwich board
When paving the board should be pulled through the line to achieve vertical and horizontal alignment. The long (longitudinal) lap should be located at the bar (the lap should be welded with double purlin or purlin side), the two boards should be extended to the support member, the support length of each board is greater than or equal to 50mm, the lap direction should be in the direction of the maximum annual wind lap, the longitudinal lap length is: when the roof slope is greater than or equal to 10% is 200mm; When the roof slope is less than 10%, it is 250mm. The end (transverse) lap should be connected in the direction of the current water, the length of the lap should be determined according to the specific plate type, and the direction of the lap should be consistent with the dominant wind direction;
The roof plate starts from one end of the cornice, and is laid simultaneously to the other end and the direction of the roof ridge;
When laying, the roof plate and the wall are fixed with the wall plate fixing clamp, the support at both ends of each roof plate should be fixed with self-tapping screws and purlins: longitudinal connection, the distance is less than or equal to 350mm, and the connection of each board with the same purlin and wall beam shall not be less than 3 points, non-longitudinal connection shall not be less than 2 points; The connection points at the ridge and cornice should be properly encrypted. When drilling, the roof plate and the strip should be drilled through vertically. When fixing bolts, the waterproof sealing gasket should be padded first, and the rubber gasket and stainless steel gland should be fastened firmly.
When paving the board, the board is connected with the board with rivets, and the distance is generally 100mm~500mm. A long sealing strip should be placed at the long lap joints of the two plates, and two sealing strips should be placed at the ends. The sealing strips should be continuous and uninterruptable. The sandwich plate should be fixed with galvanized bolts with waterproof washers, and the fixing point should be set on the crest of the wave. All leaking screws should be protected by sealing materials, and there should be no leakage. After the bolts are tightened, the joints of the two plates are sealed with silicone sealant:
After the board is laid, the long (longitudinal) joints of the two boards should also be connected with rivets, which are sealed with silicone sealant and protected by metal or plastic gland:

Cornice laying: along the end of the sandwich board, lay the cornice sealing plate and fix, the structure is shown in the figure
At the junction between the roof panel and the gable wall, the outer side of the roof panel and the top of the gable wall are uniformly wrapped with Angle plates, and the top of the Angle plate is set at a 2% slope to one side of the roof, as shown in the figure
Water test: After the roof board is nailed, spray wine can be taken to do water test, water time is not less than 2h, check whether the roof leakage phenomenon, if found problems, should be repaired in time to the leakage point.
Inspection and acceptance: After the roofing board is nailed, the construction unit shall carry out internal inspection first and deal with the quality problems in time. After passing the initial inspection, the supervision and construction unit shall be organized to carry out the acceptance inspection and go through the acceptance procedures.
